Guaranteed Residence is applicable to applicants that meet all required deadlines with paperwork and payment. Please note if King Campus oversubscribes, applicants will be housed at Seneca College Residence – Newnham Campus.

Living in Seneca College Residence offers convenient access to Seneca's free
intercampus shuttle service which travels between Newnham, Markham,
